USD is an independent ERC-20 token deployed on Base. We are preparing a CoinGecko Preview Listing request for the token identified below.

Deployment and trading status

The contract was deployed and the initial tokens were issued on 4 November 2026 at 10:11:27 UTC. The creation transaction ↗ is public. No future token generation date is being announced here.

No active trading market is claimed in this announcement. The public trading launch date is not yet confirmed. Uniswap V3 on Base is a contemplated venue only; this does not mean that a trading pair is live or that Uniswap endorses the project.

Issuance and reserves

Initial allocation: 100% of the 1,000,000 tokens were minted to the deployer, with no cliff or vesting. The holder snapshot checked on 4 November 2026 shows 970,000 tokens in the deployer wallet and 30,000 tokens transferred to another wallet. Based on the creator's confirmation that the recipient is independent of the project, the application reports 30,000 tokens in circulation and excludes the creator-controlled 970,000. The latter balance is not locked on-chain. Current balances can be checked in the public holder list ↗.

The initial 1,000,000 tokens were issued without a corresponding USDC deposit. Additional minting accepts USDC and creates the same number of USD units. Those deposits also increase supply and do not eliminate the initial reserve deficit.

Redemption burns USD in exchange for USDC only while sufficient reserves are available. All holders, including holders of the initially issued tokens, can access the same reserves. USD is distinct from USDC and USDT. Neither the token name nor its oracle reference guarantees a $1 market price or full backing.

CoinGecko request

We intend to request a Preview Listing. Preparation of an application does not mean that CoinGecko has accepted or listed USD. A preview listing, if accepted, does not itself establish live price data, liquidity or wallet-logo visibility.
